The EASTOCEAN granite gantry system is designed to maximize throughput for applications that require overhead movements. This table is ideal for 3D printing, assembly, pick-and-place, adjustment, inspection and industrial automation applications.
The EASTOCEAN granite gantry system used prestressed mechanical linear guides designed for optimum rigidity and precision.
The portal axis contains two linear motors and two linear encoders. Ironless linear motors provide smooth running without cogging or tightening forces. The linear motor and the linear encoders are non-contact, so there are no risks of play, wear or maintenance.
The EASTOCEAN is coupled with industry-leading controllers and drive controllers that provide superior power output, advanced control algorithms to improve dynamic performance
